In Short

• Provide best-in-class care for patients managing complex and chronic illnesses.
• Utilize asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video for patient care.

• Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 16 hours a week.
• Work overnight shifts between 2am-6am EST.
• Competitive compensation of $138/hr and $150/hr for premium hours.
• Must be board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Active medical license in Florida is necessary.

• 4+ years of clinical experience post residency.
• Experience in digital-first healthcare.
• Comfortable using technology for virtual care.

• Ability to provide compassionate care across all ages.
