Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our international CRM Omnichannel team, focusing on enhancing customer experience through various digital and omnichannel strategies.

In Short

• Join a renowned international CRM Omnichannel team.
• Work on projects involving Salesforce Cloud and Twilio.
• Conduct functional workshops with business departments.
• Study and propose solutions for Twilio applications.
• Translate functional needs into Twilio specifications.

• Work on both Group and Local projects.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian; French is a plus.
• Position based in Budapest, available immediately.

• Experience in Omnichannel projects is required.
• Hands-on experience with Twilio Flex is a plus.
• Knowledge of Sales and/or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
