Business Analyst with Commerce experience required to join our Delivery team here in Poland, please note we offer Hybrid or remote working.

In Short

• Gather and document requirements and translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with a scrum / delivery team through to go live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for future analysis work.
• Work with developers and end users to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of a new system as required.
• Communicate and collaborate with the test team.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on digital projects.
• Experience of managing internal stakeholders.
• Able to run workshops with internal stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, talented, enthusiastic, focused, and detail-oriented.
• Great stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of Agile software delivery.
• Business Process mapping and engineering.
• Production of high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organisational skills.
