Overview

As a Fraud Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for auditing the work of internal and external agents and providing detailed feedback to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Fraud operations is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of confidentiality requirements
• Must pass a criminal background check
