Overview

The US Patient Advocate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them through their fertility journey and providing support and information about Gaia's services.

In Short

• Act as the main contact for prospects from initial inquiry to membership.
• Provide feedback to improve product offerings and outreach.
• Communicate with clinic staff at assigned clinics.
• Manage communication with prospects via calls and email.
• Discuss insurance and finance options related to fertility treatments.
• Work with partner clinics to introduce prospects and receive referrals.
• Track prospects and share data with clinics and team.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales pipeline and member growth.
• Empathize with members experiencing the IVF process.
• Self-starter working within a small team on growth projects.

Requirements

• Empathy for members undergoing IVF treatments.
• Experience in a finance or patient coordinator role.
• Understanding of healthcare insurance and financing options.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
