Overview

As a Software Engineer specializing in AI, you will help train large-language models to write production-grade code across various programming languages.

In Short

• Compare and rank multiple code snippets, explaining which is best and why.
• Repair and refactor AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and style.
• Inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline and keep it running smoothly.
• Work with multiple programming languages including Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, C++, PHP, COBOL, C, Ruby, and Rust.
• Strong code-review instincts to spot logic errors and performance traps.
• Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
• Enjoy reading documentation and thrive in an asynchronous environment.
• Contract engagement with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Fully remote position allowing you to work from anywhere.
• Compensation of up to $30 per hour.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong command of at least one programming language from the specified tech stack.
• No prior RLHF or AI training experience required.
• No deep machine learning knowledge needed; ability to review and critique code is sufficient.
