Overview

The Senior QA Engineer will take ownership of the QA process, ensuring continuous improvement and product quality through effective testing strategies and collaboration with development teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in test automation (Python).
• Leadership skills to guide and motivate the QA team.
• Hands-on experience in payments/B2B testing.
• Strong manual testing skills with complex business logic.
• Experience in performance and load testing.
• Knowledge of Kibana, Postman, and API testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration of automated tests.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Good communication skills in English and Russian.
