Strategic Partnerships Officer in Climate Protection - Remote

Overview

Future Matters is seeking someone with excellent networking and relationship building skills to help us grow the budget for our climate protection work from €1.25 to 2.5 million.

In Short

• Full-time position focused on climate protection.
• Compensation between €50,000 - €70,000 gross annual salary.
• Remote work location anywhere in the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, or the USA.
• 27 paid vacation days annually plus national holidays.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in networking or fundraising.
• Proven skill in cultivating relationships toward a goal.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Strategic and impact-minded thinking.
• Ability to travel frequently for donor meetings and events.
• High level of English communication skills.
• Commitment to climate protection policies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Conscientious and responsible work ethic.
• Experience in philanthropy is a bonus.
