Business Analyst - Veeva Network / VOD - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Veeva VOD and Veeva Network to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within a large pharmaceutical organization.

In Short

• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support data migration from Informatica to Veeva systems.
• Define interface specifications for seamless integration.
• Validate business processes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Consult with business teams on strategy and technical requirements.
• Facilitate resolution of end-user issues.
• Contribute to design and implementation of solutions.
• Manage integration processes and timelines.
• Support SCRUM activities as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Veeva tools.
• Experience with data migration, preferably from Informatica.
• Strong understanding of pharma industry practices.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in creating functional specifications and UAT scripts.
• Familiarity with SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
