Overview

The Network Growth Business Analyst II will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to support strategic decision-making and enhance business processes.

In Short

• Perform statistical analysis on large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights.
• Utilize statistical models and tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead analysis modeling projects, training, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Paymode-X Business Solutions teams to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reporting systems.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience with Reporting, creating visualization dashboards, and Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools: Excel, PowerBI (Excel and PowerBI are REQUIRED).
• Proficiency in MS SQL Database Technology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or related field (Required).
