Technical Lead, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) - Remote

Overview

As the Technical Lead, WMS at Fullscript, you will manage a team of developers and administrators, making critical technical decisions on the architecture and future of our WMS platform to enhance productivity and quality in our distribution center operations.

In Short

• Act as the technical lead and future-state driver of the WMS.
• Improve software development practices using AI tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of WMS developers and administrators.
• Plan and deliver WMS projects, owning technical design decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations and business stakeholders.
• Maintain the technical health of the WMS platform.
• Define and maintain system performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading technical teams.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with WMS or enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and SQL development.
• Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum).
• Experience collaborating with Operations and stakeholders.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Experience with AI development tools is a plus.
• Expertise in software architecture and database design.
• Strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset.
