Mid Software Engineer (Fully Remote - PT Based)

Note: This role is 100% remote, and you can be based anywhere within the GMT time zone. However, you must be eligible for employment in Portugal.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrate proven experience as a Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• At least 2 years of professional experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Solid experience in backend development and familiarity with API design.
• Familiarity with at least one front-end technology like React or Angular.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Strong grasp of Git and Github for efficient version control.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for teamwork.
• Experience in SaaS/Enterprise software is a valuable advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication.
