Overview

As a Clinical Project Lead for Vaccines, you will be responsible for driving clinical trial execution across Southeast Asia, ensuring the delivery of pivotal vaccine trials while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Lead CROs and regional vendors to deliver quality data on schedule.
• Serve as primary point of contact for investigators and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges across regulatory environments.
• Manage regional budgets and mentor junior CRAs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in clinical operations with 2+ years in project management.
• Demonstrated vaccine clinical trial experience.
• Senior/Lead CRA or CRA II ready for project leadership.
• Proven success managing studies in Southeast Asia.
• Mastery of ICH-GCP and clinical trial management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• Business fluency in English; Chinese is an advantage.
