The Senior Manager, Corporate Workplace Transformation is a critical role supporting the success of a flagship cohort-based learning program designed for corporate HR and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders, to equip them with the knowledge and skills to drive meaningful organizational change that attracts qualified talent and builds an inclusive culture at their organizations.

In Short

  • Manage coordination and execution of a virtual learning program.
  • Leverage project management skills to support online learning program.
  • Curate resources, conduct research, and develop toolkits.
  • Collaborate on departmental priorities and special projects.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders for program satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage program communications and participant recruitment.
  • Apply principles of equity and inclusion in project delivery.
  • Ensure seamless technical operations for virtual workshops.
  • Support general departmental operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion roles.
  • Strong communication skills with corporate audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor staff.
  • Experience in maintaining business software and client deliverables.
