Senior Manager, HR Automation and Transformation - Remote

Overview

This role is for a senior leader to drive rapid, high-impact improvements across the global People function, integrating traditional HR, People Tech, and IT under one roof.

In Short

• Drive improvements to People programs, systems, and service models.
• Run a portfolio of improvement initiatives with embedded collaborators.

Requirements

• 6 - 10+ years in HR operations or People Tech.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Experience with HR automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems like Workday and Greenhouse.
• A product mindset with experience in MVPs and user feedback.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence.
• Blend of consulting and in-house experience in HR transformation.
• Experience in an integrated HR + IT function.
