The Head of Customer Service will lead GearLaunch’s Customer Service team, ensuring world-class support for users and refining support operations for a fast-growing e-commerce platform.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial role in Customer Service.
  • Experience in building and optimizing processes.
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools is a plus.
  • Native or near-native English fluency.
