Overview

The Growth Operations Associate will support the Growth team at With Coverage, a fast-growing InsurTech startup, by managing key administrative and operational tasks, enabling the team to focus on lead generation and closing deals.

In Short

• Manage the Growth Lead’s inbox and draft outreach emails.
• Prospect and identify target leads using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Assist with email campaigns and event invites.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM (HubSpot).
• Coordinate with team members on prospecting goals.
• Support growth initiatives and track progress and KPIs.
• Work independently with remote teams.
• Opportunity for career growth in a Series A startup.
• Full-time position with weekends off.
• Work hours: 7am - 4pm EST.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills.
• Prior experience in prospecting or growth marketing is a plus.
