Senior NPI Engineer - Remote

Overview

NVIDIA Networking division is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to oversee quality processes for interconnect optical transceivers and CPO sub assemblies, ensuring product reliability and successful ramp to production.

In Short

• Act as the on-site quality representative at the contract manufacturer.
• Monitor and enforce manufacturing quality standards.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering, NPI, supplier quality, and manufacturing teams.
• 5–7 years of experience in quality, process, or NPI engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in relevant roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Process, or Quality Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality control tools (SPC, 5D/8D, FMEA).
• Experience with contract manufacturers, on-site support.
• Understanding of manufacturing process controls and ESD standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in an intense, fast-paced environment.
