Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI, HW Production/Manufacturing, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in assembly and testing processes of Mobile, IoT, or imaging devices.
• Experience in manufacturing process development and improvement.
• Collaboration with subcontractors is necessary.
• Broad technical competence across engineering disciplines.
• Understanding of the development cycle and ability to maintain focus on goals.
• Familiarity with production processes like injection molding and PCBA fabrication.
• Effective communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
