Overview

The Senior Director of Capital Improvements leads all capital improvement projects across assigned divisions and FPI sites, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience in renovations, maintenance, and construction.
• 5 years in a multi-site regional maintenance role.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to travel to various communities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and safety standards.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
