In Short

  • Identify potential prospects through research, cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead qualification and closing deals.
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage prospects.
  • Develop and refine sales pitches tailored to prospects.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Continuously analyze performance data to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales or business development.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
