FourKites is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and focus specifically on our Order and Inventory Visibility solutions. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of real-time visibility across the entire supply chain ecosystem, from order inception to final delivery and inventory optimization.

You will work closely with our existing customers and new prospects to understand evolving needs in order tracking, inventory management, and real-time supply chain orchestration. You'll drive enhancements to our current offerings and spearhead the development and launch of innovative new features, product SKUs, and AI-powered capabilities that leverage the latest in artificial intelligence technologies.

• Lead the development and launch of new AI-powered product SKUs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Utilize advanced product management tools to manage complex backlogs.
• Communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.
• Work hands-on with engineering and data science teams.
• Based in India with availability to collaborate within US time zones.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products.
• Proven expertise in supply chain and logistics.
• Experience developing AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, and OMS systems.
• Background in machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
