In Short

  • Full-time remote position supporting customers and driving sales for a SaaS product.
  • Onboard new customers and provide product support via email, chat, and calls.
  • Engage in sales conversations and recommend plans to customers.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Work the US night shift (9pm-6am Philippine time).
  • Experience in BPO, SaaS support, or virtual assistant roles is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills are essential.
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented candidates are preferred.
  • Prior experience in SaaS customer success or sales is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are beneficial.

Requirements

  • Experience in BPO, SaaS support, or virtual assistant roles.
  • Comfortable working the US night shift (9pm-6am Philippine time).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable performing both support and sales functions.
