• Own the translation from domain problems to data and product requirements.
• Set standards for data quality and design end-to-end data pipelines.
• Build and lead a team responsible for data operations and delivery.
• Ensure high-quality data delivery for internal R&D and customer deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape data-related features.
• Work closely with engineering and research teams to define data needs.
• Interface with customers to understand their domain and quality expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements in throughput and accuracy.
• Implement best practices for documentation and compliance.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on data quality and standards.

Requirements

• Domain expertise in manufacturing design or industrial workflows.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
• Experience with technical documentation related to manufacturing.
• Ability to translate domain problems into data requirements.
• Experience leading and growing teams.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
