Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Microsoft Teams a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a focused work environment.
  • Positive approach to business and teamwork.
  • Must meet internet speed requirements and follow Remote Work Policy.
