ServiceNow Implementation Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Consultant with a strong background in back-office workflow automation and modernization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to streamline back-office operations such as Legal, Finance, IT, and other corporate services. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, leverage ServiceNow capabilities, and deliver sustainable, scalable solutions that optimize business operations.

In Short

• Analyze current back-office processes and identify opportunities for automation using the ServiceNow platform.
• Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows and improve efficiency while eliminating complexities.
• Lead and participate in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows focused on back-office functions.
• Drive modernization efforts by automating legacy systems and integrating ServiceNow with other platforms.
• Work with department leads and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Provide training to users on new processes and tools.
• Ensure all ServiceNow implementations adhere to company governance and security standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, processes, and implementation plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth understanding of back-office functions and experience automating these processes.
• Strong experience in business process reengineering.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
