Overview

This role involves collaborating with Account Managers to provide trusted consultation and support to customers in the Sterile Processing Departments, focusing on developing relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand customer needs.
  • Assist in developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide hands-on support to customers for optimal product utilization.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Support various projects such as new product launches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Engage with local professional organizations and buying groups.
  • Leverage tools to analyze sales performance and drive improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
  • One year of outside sales B2B experience.
  • Experience prospecting for new business and cold calling.
  • Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time including air travel.
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate within defined territory.
