Paid Demand Generation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Paid Demand Generation Specialist who is highly data-driven and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of full-funnel attribution—ideally tracking performance from keyword to revenue. In this highly dynamic role, you will own, execute, and optimize global paid marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering impactful results visible to senior leadership.

In Short

• Design landing pages and manage attribution for campaigns in EMEA and North America.
• Implement and manage full-funnel attribution models.
• Leverage analytics to track KPIs and improve ROAS.
• Engage with product managers and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Share insights and performance updates with senior leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in paid demand generation or digital marketing.
• Proven track record in managing campaigns across various platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on data-informed decisions.

• Experience in a global, collaborative role is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid demand generation, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record in managing campaigns, that build funnel across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Paid, and YouTube Paid.
• Expertise in full-funnel attribution, conversion tracking, and connecting performance metrics to revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on driving data-informed decisions and achieving measurable results (ROAS - Return On the Spend).
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in a global, collaborative role is a plus.
