Accountant (Manufacturing) - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Accounting (manufacturing) team, you will be responsible for global inventory valuation and the associated reserves while partnering with Operations Finance. This role will strive for continuous improvement, embrace technology, and collaborate with team members.

In Short

• Perform global month end closing activities for inventory, reserves and accruals.
• Support Global Standard costing updates in collaboration with regional finance and operations teams.
• Actively support internal and external audit processes.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Utilize continuous improvement mindset and Fortive Business Systems (FBS).

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in accounting ideally with inventory experience.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on work style, comfortable with detail.
• Positive, enthusiastic team player.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office.
