Overview

As a Director of Strategy and Capture at Fors Marsh, you will be responsible for translating market signals into executable win strategies and ensuring alignment between long-term positioning, capability investments, and near-term pipeline execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capture management or business development.
• Track record of leading complex pursuits with measurable success.

• Experience building external partnerships.
• Ability to interpret policy and legislative signals.
• Experience in improving growth infrastructure.
• Direct experience engaging government stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, D.C. as needed.
