The Remote Customer Service Specialist will be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and beyond.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment, sales, and service teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM or support tools.
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
  • Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is a plus.
