In Short

  • Respond to customer emails, live chats, and phone calls courteously and diligently.
  • Support customers in managing their Goodfood Market accounts.
  • Be knowledgeable about products, including changing menus.
  • Provide creative solutions to customer problems.
  • Occasionally follow up with delivery service providers.
  • Full-time availability required (32-40 hours/week).
  • Mandatory 3 weeks training from Monday to Friday.
  • Flexible scheduling with weekend availability.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork are essential.

Requirements

  • University or college degree (min DEC).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Expert-level communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively.
  • Passion for problem-solving and active listening.
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
