Associate Therapist - Remote

Overview

Foresight is an outpatient mental health company that offers virtual and in-person therapy across California. We are looking for passionate registered associate therapists to help fulfill our purpose of increasing access to high-quality mental health care.

In Short

• Full-time, flexible schedule in a remote setting.
• Professional development and support for building caseloads.

• Provide attuned psychotherapy to clients of all ages.
• Work full-time (36 hours/week) with specific client availability.
• Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other clinicians for holistic care.
• Receive an hourly rate of $30.

Requirements

• California residents with an active Associate license.
• At least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist.
• Ability to provide bilingual services is a plus.
• Commitment to client-centered care using trauma-informed practices.
• Proficient with technology, including EHR systems and Zoom.
