Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), or Clinical Psychologists
• Must not be opted out of Medicare
• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed practices
• Proficiency with EHR systems and digital tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable time management and attention to detail
• Commitment to accessibility and cultural humility
• Adaptability and critical thinking skills
