Overview

The Insights Manager will lead a team to deliver high-impact analytics across the business, partnering with various teams to create reusable insight products.

In Short

• Lead a team of analysts in the central Analytics function.
• Define and own analytical frameworks for retention and attribution.
• Translate business questions into data problems and requirements.
• Shape experiment design and success metrics for product decisions.
• Produce narratives explaining business outcomes and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to develop robust data models.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align on goals.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance analytical quality.
• Drive the delivery of insightful analyses that influence decisions.
• Significant experience in analytics/insights roles is required.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and dbt skills.
• Experience with Python for analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience in cloud environments like GCP.
• Familiarity with GA4 and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to frame insights as clear recommendations.
• Experience coaching and managing analysts.
• 7-10 years of experience in data-rich analytics roles.
• Statistical knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in affiliate/lead-gen environments is nice to have.
