The Forbes Advisor CRM team is seeking a CRM Automation Specialist to enhance lifecycle engagement efforts and optimize marketing technology.

• Design and implement CRM journeys and campaigns.
• Optimize CRM platforms for user experience.
• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations.
• Manage and launch impactful Lifecycle campaigns.
• Troubleshoot CRM related issues.
• Document best practices for marketing automation.
• Implement new data schema ingestion.
• Support new integrations to elevate tech stack.
• Analyze customer data to formulate CRM strategies.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM journeys in platforms like Iterable.
• Strong command of HTML and JSON.
• Hands-on with deliverability and analytics tools.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Collaborative team player with communication skills.
• Preferred: Iterable Masterclass Certification.
