Full-Time Registered Dietitian - Remote

Overview

Foodsmart is seeking Registered Dietitians (RDs) to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission of Foodsmart Nutrition Network, which is grounded in removing the financial barriers in accessing and affording healthy food.

In Short

• Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions.
• Support patients in accessing and using SNAP benefits.
• Help patients with digital grocery shopping on Foodsmart's platform.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Manage a panel of clients with chronic health conditions.
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients.
• Work in a start-up environment and provide feedback.
• Motivate patients to continue their care journey.
• Advocate for underserved communities.

Requirements

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian.
• At least one state licensure required.
• Willingness to obtain more licenses in high demand states.
• Ability to work in the U.S.
• High speed internet and a smartphone.
