Foodsmart is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to manage the recruitment of Registered Dietitians for both 1099 and W2 remote roles, contributing to the mission of making nutritious food accessible and affordable.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience for clinical roles.
• Registered Dietitian credential preferred.
• Experience with high volume recruitment.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
• Proficient at using recruitment tools (preferably Lever).
