Overview

The People Operations & Admin Specialist will be part of the People & Culture team, overseeing employee experience and office operations in the UAE and remote locations.

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including IT setup and employee support.
• Manage visa processing and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Coordinate with EOR vendors for employee management across multiple countries.
• Ensure accurate employee records and compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate employee benefits and performance reviews.
• Organize logistics for company events and maintain office supplies.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage office maintenance.
• Track expenses related to office operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in administrative support or people operations.
• Familiarity with UAE visa processing requirements.
• Experience in managing office vendors and suppliers.
• Skilled in travel coordination and logistics.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
