The Controller & Treasurer position at Follett Content Solutions involves managing financial reporting, compliance, and team operations within the finance department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required.
• CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in Accounting and Finance required.
• Experience with month-end accounting and financial statement review.
• Knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• Team management experience.
• External audit experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) is a plus.
