Marketing & Customer Experience Working Student - Remote

Flybaby makes baby carriers that parents and babies actually love. We’re a small, passionate team in Berlin building a brand that stands for movement, freedom, and the joy of keeping your little one close. We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated working student to jump in and own a broad mix of responsibilities across customer experience, influencer marketing, offline activations, and project management.

In Short

• Manage and respond to incoming customer service tickets via email and chat.
• Triage and escalate issues as needed.
• Track recurring issues and feedback themes.
• Support customers with product questions and order-related inquiries.
• Identify and research potential influencer partners.
• Build and maintain a structured influencer database.
• Support outreach and relationship-building with creators.
• Assist in planning offline marketing activities.
• Help coordinate logistics for event appearances.
• Support the Head of Marketing in coordinating campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written German and English skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• A natural communicator who is empathetic and proactive.
• Comfortable working in tools like Trello and Office Suite.
• Genuine interest in parenting, family, or lifestyle space.
• Prior experience in customer service or marketing is a plus.
