Asset Network Integration Technician - Remote

Overview

The Asset Network Integration Technician will focus on connecting utility scale Battery Energy Storage Systems and renewable energy generation assets to the Fluence Asset Performance Management systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

In Short

• Connect assets to Fluence Servers.
• Coordinate collection of connection details from clients.
• Handle network connections and data integration tasks.
• Utilize VPNs, Firewalls, and Routing protocols.
• Request and parse data from APIs and SCADA systems.
• Perform fault analysis and problem-solving.
• Support technical functions in the team.
• Conduct asset performance analysis.
• Work from home with travel requirements in the EMEA region.
• Fluent communication in Spanish and English is required.

Requirements

• Background in engineering or IT.
• Experience in the energy or renewable sector is desirable.
• Logical thought and problem-solving skills.
• Competency in at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python.
• Familiarity with bash/Linux terminal.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Ability to converse fluently in technical content in Spanish and English.
