Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in plant construction/EPC.
• Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with demanding clients.
• Strong technical and commercial focus.
• Proven leadership skills across management levels.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
