Overview

The Developer Relations & Community Lead will be the public, technical, and human face of Flox to software professionals worldwide, focusing on community growth and ecosystem activation.

In Short

• Own the experience of engineers, operators, and platform teams using Flox.
• Build integrations, automation examples, and proof-of-concepts.
• Create demos, tutorials, and technical documentation for seamless adoption.
• Provide technical support during pilots and evaluations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to improve user experience.
• Build and sustain an inclusive community across various platforms.
• Host workshops and meetups to connect users with Flox engineers.
• Represent Flox at conferences and panels.
• Define measurable goals for awareness and engagement.
• Operate independently and execute community-driven programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Developer Relations or Community Leadership roles.
• Strong technical skills in building demos and integrations.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Sales.
• Deep understanding of software delivery and CI/CD.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to design community programs.
• High self-direction and accountability.
