Overview

FloSports is looking for a General Manager, FloCollege to serve as the leader of its college focused vertical, FloCollege, to drive the company’s vertical strategic direction, including programming, financial goals, and go-to-market strategy.

In Short

• Lead the college vertical's strategic direction and programming.
• Accountable for operational execution and strategy.
• Identify market and operational gaps and opportunities.
• Manage budgeting processes and P&L.
• Collaborate with internal partners on product and brand strategy.
• Drive alignment across departments to enhance customer value.
• Measure and track KPIs for business reviews.
• Leverage market insights for strategic decisions.
• Engage in M&A activities as needed.
• Serve as the public face of the FloCollege vertical.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in university sports or related fields.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proven record of improving profitability and competitive advantage.
• Ability to lead through decisive leadership and strategic decision making.
• Understanding of audience needs and behaviors.
• Experience in public forums is a plus.
