In Short

• We’re seeking a Project Manager (Ecommerce/WordPress) to own day-to-day project execution from kickoff to delivery.
• You’ll turn client requirements into structured plans, build timelines and budgets, coordinate resources across design/dev/QA.
• Track progress and keep stakeholders informed with clear status updates.
• Maintain scope and quality standards, manage change requests, and ensure smooth workflows across teams.
• Build project plans (requirements, milestones, timelines, budgets) and keep them updated.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution with design, development, and QA; assign and track tasks in the PM tool.
• Run project ceremonies: kickoffs, standups, reviews, and post-mortems.
• Ensure quality and handoff readiness before client delivery.
• Support light financial tracking and on-time invoicing inputs.
• 3–5+ years in Project Management for websites or digital production.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience of WordPress (e.g., themes/builders like Elementor), CMS workflows, and web QA.
• Experience turning briefs into timelines/backlogs and shipping on time/within scope.
• Proficiency with PM tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday/Jira) and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, written status reporting, and attention to detail.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Shopify.
