Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 1-2 years in a Senior/Lead role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating interactive product design work.
• Expert knowledge in prototyping and ideation tools (Figma mastery is a must).
• Experience in planning and conducting user research and testing.
• Formal training in design or similar fields.
• Expert technical knowledge in working with design systems.
• Outstanding visual design and UI skills.
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• A strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
