In Short

  • Deliver value and exceptional experience to strategic customers.
  • Fully remote position with occasional travel to customers in the northeast.
  • Manage multiple projects, build relationships, and solve customer problems.
  • Increase Net Revenue Retention through strategic engagement.
  • Ensure product understanding and customer adoption.
  • Communicate actionable feedback to internal teams.
  • Translate software functionality into understandable terms for customers.
  • 5+ years experience in customer success or account management.
  • Comfortable with de-escalation management and navigating tough conversations.
  • Team player contributing positively to company culture.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Central timezone.
  • 5+ years experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable with de-escalation management and tough conversations.
  • Highly adaptable and able to pivot in new challenges.
  • Clear communication about technical and non-technical subjects.
  • Diplomatic and tactful under pressure.
  • Strong follow-through and self-management of tasks.
  • Passionate about Customer Success and relationships.
  • Willingness to travel.
