As a Copywriter at Flock Safety, you’ll shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint, turning complex technology and real-world impact into clear, human narratives that drive awareness, action, and trust.

In Short

• Write cross-channel copy for social media, email, web, digital ads, and more.
• Translate product and customer proof into compelling narratives.
• Collaborate with various marketing teams to concept campaigns.
• Interview SMEs and customers to develop insights.
• Prioritize accuracy, empathy, and clarity in writing.
• Optimize copy for performance and structure.
• Systematize speed and quality in copy production.
• Measure impact and learn from analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience.
• Experience in tech copywriting preferred.
• Proven ability to write across platforms and formats.
• Exceptional writing fundamentals and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable producing multiple assets weekly.
• Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
• Understanding of SEO and performance metrics.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to present work.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana.
• Portfolio showcasing writing skills required.
