Overview

As a Game Designer at Flo, you will craft intuitive casual game experiences that support cognitive longevity while driving engagement and retention.

In Short

• Design simple, intuitive casual game mechanics.
• Develop and iterate on engaging core loops.
• Balance progression and difficulty scaling.
• Create clear, structured, actionable game design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and development teams.
• Improve mechanics using data insights and user feedback.
• Run experiments and contribute to A/B testing initiatives.
• Work at the intersection of game design, behavioral science, and product thinking.

Requirements

• Experience designing casual or hyper-casual games.
• Strong systems thinking with a simplicity-first mindset.
• Understanding of retention mechanics and player motivation.
• Comfort working with product metrics and A/B tests.
• Clear communication and structured documentation skills.
• Interest in cognitive health or behavioral science.
• Familiarity with mobile development (Unity is a plus).
